We contacted another dealer first who said they couldn't come for an estimate for six weeks. Several days before the six weeks elapsed they called and said it would be another month. We called All City Electrical and they came the next week for the estimate. They took care of everything from permits, to building codes and scheduling with PSE&G. Our town's building code made for a difficult installation but the work was completed perfectly and professionally. We've had the electricity go down several times since the installation and the generator turns on almost instantly. We're very happy with the Generac generator and highly recommend All City Electrical.

We contacted Mike one month after Sandy after not receiving responses from other dealers. Mike met us immediately and proposed the proper sized generator for our house. In addition, he coordinated with PSE&G to insure we had adequate gas capacity for the generator without increasing our gas line. He was superb with the local inspection authorities and getting final approvals. The installation, including the generator and transfer switch and the gas piping went without a hitch. Mike was always available and always kept us informed regarding approvals. He was always punctual. We appreciated the effort he put into our installation- we ended up with a smaller unit that met our needs without costly gas piping replacement. This is the second time that I have used All City Electric for my home. They are professional, reliable and honest. Recently, I had them install the GENERAC generator which I found to be highly recommended by everyone on the internet and Consumers Report. During a couple of very small brownouts in my neighborhood, the generator started and worked perfectly. I would recommend them if you want quality professional work for a reasonable price and also in accordance with all electrical codes and town permit requirements.

We contracted with All City Electrical to install a Generac 7000 watt automatic standby generator with transfer switch. We chose All City because of their expertise with Generac and were not disappointed with the service. They were prompt, professional and completed the job on time.
