This review describes the poor customer service response by Anderson Power Systems. After I had made the financial commitment and made the initial deposit on my Generac 22kw unit, customer service seemed to decline rapidly. An installation date was set back in early December 2022. On that date, I was called from their home office and informed my unit would not be installed that day as they reviewed their paperwork and "discovered" I had purchased a 22kw unit, not 24kw. From that point forward, customer service has been very poor. Other appts. were missed and I had to assertively call for follow-up. I was called 2 weeks ago for my 6 mo checkup and confirmed the date. After waiting for 3 hrs beyond the appt, no one showed up. I called and was given a glib response. I reminded the individual she called me. Still, no response other than to reschedule. Confirmed again for 7/6/23 at 12noon. As a matter of hindsight, I would never recommend this company to anyone. From my interaction, I've learned so much about them.

They installed a Generac Guardian 24 kW. The team did a great job installing the generator and transfer switch in about three hours. The installation looks great.

Competitive pricing, very knowledgeable and friendly, Generator was installed within 2 weeks,could have been sooner due to my schedule conflict and bad weather. Installation only took 5 hours. Very impressed.

The two gentlemen showed up as scheduled even though we had approximately 8\u201d of snow the day before. They could not back their trailer into the driveway due to the ice. They had to wheel the generator to the area that was about 130\u2019 away. The installation went well. The generator start-up procedure was explained thoroughly to me. Great Job!

First impressions make a bid difference. Call to the office was both educational and humorous, Terrie was very informative and very personable, she treated me like we were personal friends. Salesman was on time and knew the process from the sale to the install. The installers were competent and very polite. We appreciate a business that treats people with respect and not like a $. Great Team!

I called for a quote and had someone out the next day! Office staff was very friendly. Had someone out the next day! Generator installed the next week! Great staff and service!! Call them you won't be disappointed.

The installation of my generator was done in a professional manner by Anderson Power Services out of Greenville, SC. This was great service I received from them. I have lost power 2 times since the install and the generator operated perfectly. I will recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

Other than the long wait to get our generator everything was handled expertly. The installing crew was great and there were no installation issues.

Had to wait several months, no fault of the dealer but rather the manufacturer. Finally install date came and Brad,Daniel,and Dillon did a great job.

i don't usually do reviews but I was asked to do one so...The crew was top notch! Very knowledgeable, clean cut guys. Very respectful. The girl in the office was very nice, took the time to answer my many questions, even did a follow up call after the install! I was expecting GA boys and got the SC crew, wasn't disappointed.

I contacted Anderson Power to recommend a stand-by generator set for my home, they came to the appointed time (on time) and provided me with a quote for a Generator set including installation sized appropriately for my home. When the Generator became available they called me to schedule the installation, they arrived and placed it exactly where I wanted it and made the necessary gas and electrical connections to my home. The fully tested (under full load) and explained the entire setup to m, answered any and all of my questions to my satisfaction! Great C/S by both office and crew!
