We have purchased two Generac 45 KW generators from C & T Electric for our homes.They have continued to service them for thepast 15 years without any downtime orproblems. They cycle once a week andhave provided us with a great sense ofsecurity. Joe is always there to answerquestions or solve any problems. We highlyrecommend them for a dealer.

C&T was our electrician when we built our house (smart) eight years ago and we still use them for all our electrical needs. They service our generator and electrical systems. When you call, you talk to Joe (owner) or his wife, and all their employees have been with them for a long time. They are very polite, professional and respectful of the house. I would recommend them for any job, large or small.

We have been very happy with our Generac and C & T Systems. The generator has saved our family many, many times. As for service, Joe himself came out on a very cold winter day and climbed over a snowbank to fix a minor glitch. Mark visits for our annual tune-up and all in all, we are very satisfied customers.

Purchased a 20K generator. Dealer was responsive during the installation.After the install the dealer was very unresponsive to several follow up items. Paid in full, but no follow up, unresolved issuses.Lack of response to phone calls and e mails.
