We needed a home generator after a number of extended outages this past year. Got quotes from many dealers. Chico stood out from them all for a number of reasons. Joe (owner) spent the time to explain the installation process from start to finish. He answered all phone calls and emails promptly. He was willing to consider all the options and made an excellent proposal.

I just had an issue this morning with my generator not working. I called Chico Electric up and they were at my house within the hour! The tech was so friendly and knowledgeable. He had it fixed and serviced in no time. I can't recommend them enough! After your service, you have that feel good feeling that you called the right person for the job.

We had no power for 3 days this winter, so we finally were ready for a generator. I registered on the Generac website, and Joe called me back. We spent an hour on the phone and he explained all the necessary details and answered all my questions. He came to our house and checked our panels and all the consumers, and provided us a detailed offer on the spot.As soon as the generator arrived he and his team came out and set everything up. Everybody on the team was very nice, and they actually left our basement cleaner than it was before. Joe explained to us how to use the generator (though there really is not much you can or have to do).Besides Joe's knowledge and reliability I like that he also services the unit.If you need a generator, just call Joe.
