My experience with Colwell Electric was AWESOME. I had quotes from 4 different Generac dealers who all had 5 star ratings, Colwell Electric was the ONLY one that reached out after their quote to see if I had any questions or if I might be interested in their generator installs. The staff was the BEST from my initial call to Anthony who assured me that his guys were honest and would do a good job. Then there was Gabriel and Daniel who came to my home to evaluate, measure, and provide a quote. They were so patient while answering ALL my questions and there were many. They actually came to my home on more than one occasion since I couldn\u2019t make up my mind as to the location to place the generator. This was amazing knowing that the other companies never even called to inquire or even answered my email. I just can\u2019t say enough about the kindness, caring, and professionalism of this company. Gabriel called me on a daily basis and was quick to answer followup questions. The other generator installers quoted a 4 to 5 month delay to install where as Colwell Electric had it done in less than a months time. This was extremely important since my husband requires oxygen equipment and we have numerous power outages. Every stages of the process from delivery, plumber installing gas line, electrical install (guys working in extreme heat and rain) and now maintenance/generator monitoring have been without disappointment. I am so thankful and so proud to be the first to write a review for Colwell Electric and couldn\u2019t be happier to give them a FIVE STAR rating. Kudos for a job well done!! They're the BEST...you won't go wrong.
