I called Doug to come work on my Generac.I explained to him the trouble I was having with the transfer switch. He came out and suggested a service to the unit. I agreed to the service under the pretense that he would fix the issue. Not only did he NOT fix the issue but he overcharged me by $100! Doug doesn't respond to my calls/texts and when he did he would make commitments and not keep them. I would NEVER in good faith suggest using his services!
