This person. wants me to pay 2nd halfbut can not provide documents proving 2thingsa Licensed Electrician of this statedid the work(a sub) and his non expired license number (this sub)I did no get a document promised stating all that so i can pay him.I will pay others to do what he failed to do, now.not easy to do that getting one Electrician to certify and anothers work. I will edit this later if he finishes his job. (hope he can)
