Called Hutch Gagne on Tuesday evening and my Generac was back in service Thursday afternoon. It was not an emergency call or I am certain he would have responded that night. He explained what he was doing to me and detailed operation of the Generac. Even though he suspected the cause of the malfunction, he still ran the procedures of the tech manual prior to replacing the part he suspected. Trait of a professional technician! Thanks Hutch.
