Friendly and detailed consultant came to my home. Walked be through my options, price was best of the several quotes I received. I did get one estimate from another company that in the fine print allowed them to change the price.

From our initial interaction to the last day of installation, everything was flawless. My only regret was not finding out about you guys a lot sooner. John was our sales rep. Awesome young man who was very knowledgeable and made sure that we knew what our project would entail. He listened to our needs and made sure that those needs were met. John was also the only person to go in depth and talk about things that we never mentioned from other companies. Besides all the other things I have shared with you this dealer should no longer be in business.When they installed the generator they did not know the difference between military time and regular time. This was the reason my generator stopped doing the weekly test run.Also the antenna was broken and the wires were connected the wrong way resulting in me not being able to use the mobile link.I had to pay for all this because they do not know what they are doing.I hope Generac headquarters will do something about this, if they cannot I understand and will bring all this to the next level.It is about time that companies are being held accountable for their actions.

This store was asked to take over from the Austin Super store. I bought my generator in May of 2021 and it did not get it installed until August 2022 after many mistakes and issues.Now I called because I need service to the generator. It no longer runs the weekly test.They told me I had to call the Austin Super Center and Austin told me to call San Antonio.I cannot belief that this is possible. They do no longer deserve to be a Generac dealer.
