Thank you Generator Supercenter for exceptional service. Our sales rep Wylie explained all the details of our stand-by generator. He was highly knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He took the time to show us what our home would need, generator location, as well as options with our project. Mrs Tammy kept in contact with us regarding our installation & maintained open communication with us as we approached our installation date. Sarah, our project coordinator explainedhow our installation would happen & what to expect. The crews on site were friendly & efficient. Will & James, our electricians, gave us full disclosure of what to look for and what we needed to know as new owners of a whole home generator. Just had our installation finished today! The sales rep Benjamin was on time and very knowledgeable during the sales process. He answered all of my thousands of questions with patience and professionalism. The staff in the office called me with updates throughout the process, and the installation couldn't have gone smoother. The crew showed up even though it was cold and raining to make sure the generator was ready to go. We even signed up for the maintenance program as well. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Considering this was a warranty call, I had to pay $250 first.. then a week later someone came out.. Never fixed the problem ... swapped parts in and out as well.I was suggested that perhaps the previous owener had been sold an inferior model "11KW" than the load actually required.. someone would come out and test load requirements.. Still waiting a year later.. Only want the almighty buck.. get in and get out.. kept my deposit too

We needed someone to service our Generac generator. On yet another Lowes trip for COVID remodeling supplies we saw the store and decided to check them out. My husband was very impressed with the staff and showroom so we decided to go with Generator Supercenter. They took care of everything the next day. Big thanks to everyone who helped!
