I lost power to my clothes dryer . Turns out that it was a component of my back up generator that got zapped by a power surge. I called up generator Supercenter expecting to wait at least a week or more to get it fixed because every business is busy these days. Incredible as it seems, my dryer was back up and running within 90 min. In other words, I called, 1 hour later, a handsome gentleman named Ryle showed up, and then he fixed my problem in about 30 min. I\u2019ve never seen anything like it.

Had the pleasure of working with generator supercenter today to service our Generac generator system. After a recent hurricane, we were in need of someone to check our system as a relay was not working properly I called generator supercenter on Tuesday morning, the day of the storm and they had someone out here on Thursday morning Resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice for the future. Cannot thank this company enough ! highly recommend them.

Just had a service and diagnosis done on our generator. Technician was prompt, professional and courteous. I've been down for over two months with a broken leg and he did not seem to mind at all as I followed him around on my crutches because I am so bored in my house. He wasn't able to fix the transfer switch problem at this time but he made sure that I know how to manually transfer the power safely over to my generator. Highly recommend

Had no ac so I calledan ac company. They came and charged me to bypass a faulty generator starter delay. Called Generator Superstore who did the installand they can right or and replaced the faulty relay and we're back in business! Great job!

Battery alerted and called to was able to get someone out to take a look. Great guy, replaced the battery and was back up and going quickly. Great company

The tech came out actually called to say he was coming earlier which was awesome. The work completed was excellent. He explained everything he did for service my generator. He was very customer service friendly. Price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend Generator Super Center. Will be using only them moving forward.

We had one in modules have a problem and it turned off our AC unit. No AC in Florida is pretty horrible. They were able to come out the same day and earlier than than we expected. Fantastic job.

The technicians that arrived to the home before and after the install of my generator I purchased through them was very personable and caring about the whole process. Money to get this done before the hurricane season was well spent for this addition to the home. Their Customer service skills are great and proven by me, being in the CS business over 20+ years. I am so grateful to you. After calling around I got absolutely the nicest customer service team who fit me in on a Friday before a holiday. The tech came out early, was super friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. He troubleshot and fixed our transfer switch quickly and kept me posted the whole time. Even brought me the part to show me that he replaced. And was super nice to my dogs! Thanks for being awesome!

I am writing this review on a Friday night sitting by my pool that is working right now because of the unbelievable customer service we just received from Generator Supercenter of Tampa!

With a looming Hurricane Ian, Gabe & his team did a fantastic job getting our generator up and running. Stuff happens!!They called right back after I left a message summarizing our issue. They had someone our there working & didn't stop troubleshooting until they fixed the problem....all the while being professional & courteous during a very high stress time! They did not leave us high & dry. I also appreciated that they didn't make false promises.These days it's hard to find someone who's responsive, honest, and doesn't stop until the job is done correctly! You always wonder after you buy something like a generator, will the follow-up service be any good....these guys hit it out of the park!!!!

A year ago I purchased our home generator from the Generator Supercenter in Tampa so this call was for the annual maintenance.

The team did everything as promised,great job.A few weeks after installation and inspection we had a power outage.The generator kicked on in about 5 seconds and powered the whol house until power was restored. Wonderful

It did what it said it would do. We rely on this about four times a year four mini power outages. Gabe was very knowledgable with the product.

My parents and I first spoke with the owner a month ago about partially powering their townhouse, including their high-efficiency downstairs air conditioner, with a Generac 5K portable diesel generator wired through the electrical panel. We knew the arrangement might not work with the AC, but decided to proceed with the purchase to power refrigerators and electronic devices, and to keep the lights on. After installation today, not only did the 5K system accomplish our minimum goals, it powered the AC, as well! Now, we have almost all the advantages of a standby generator without the space requirements or need for HOA approval--at a third of the cost. We recommend Greg and his entire team to provide any customer with an emergency power solution that provides both peace of mind and excellent value.

I could not find any one to repair my generator till I found this dealer. they came right out and checked it and ,ordered parts and repaired it quickly as promised. The repairman even came back several days later to check on it. I would recommend them to any one.

I have been a General Contractor for 40 yearsand my wife wanted a generator for 22 years. TECO finally ran the gas to our neighborhood and i contacted Generator SUPERSTORE. Generator Supercenter installed a standby generator and transfer switch for me this past week and I could not be more happy with my experience with them and the end product.Their sales staff was extremely knowledgeable about different options available to me in order to satisfy HOA requirements as far as propane tanks and generator placement are concerned. The electrician they sent out took care to make sure the required components of the system were installed very neatly and explained to us how each part of the system works and what to expect in the event of an outage. We now feel prepared for the next power outage and know that we have a strong relationship with GSC going forward for maintenance or anything else that may pop up in the future.
