We have explored the option of installing a generator for a few years now. After my husband was diagnosed with a health condition that requires him to be on oxygen 24/7 we made the decision to get serious about a generator. Office personnel were very helpful and professional, a real pleasure to work with. We were kept informed during the permit process and installation date. The installation went very smoothly, the cleanup crew and technicians arrived on time and performed their job professionally. I literally could not have asked for anything better on this entire transaction/installation. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in installing a generator. Generator Supercenter\u2019s Sales Representative, Terry  was the most timely, friendly and knowledgeable and did not apply a high pressure sales pitch, unlike the other company\u2019s representative.  Joy from the front office, emailed us promptly and regularly regarding the installation scheduling plans. They answered all of my technical questions and we were very pleased with the entire staff and the installation. They did all the legwork from getting approvals and permits to setting up inspections for final approval, no effort needed on my part.
