Mr. McCollum did the initial survey and was very knowledgeable about the product, electrical codes and the best way for the installation. He didn't try to up-sell at all. When the generator became available, the installation was completed in a single day. I am very glad I used Wired Electrical Services.

Installed a generator and relay station for us and did an outstanding job. Whilst under warranty the relay station brew up and we begged them to come out quickly to restore power and water to our home but was told the best they could do was 3 days later and they never showed for that appointment thus we had to pay another company to restore power to our home.Just called them out for another job and once again nobody showed up or even called to advise us they would not show up !

Price was right onDealer did not try to high pressure us to buy accessories that were not needed.Arrived on time to install and ofcourse we think they did a very good job.Mark Logan was easy to talk to and very courteous.We do recommend this companySOB

Used Wired several times with sometimes very good results and sometimes unacceptable results. Ended up with them missing a 4 hour window today. I cannot aford to lose the time resulting from the hot and cold performance. Sorry to say I won't be using them again.

1 install was on time2 under ground was installed and back filled and clean.3 when they did the under ground work I had some items that needed to be moved to have generator at the location I picked out. The crew move the items without added expense and did a great job.4 The crew installing the electrical and gas was very professional and worked together as a team5 Also like the live support 24/76 I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat

a few minor gliches occurred such as re- bleeding the line after city inspection. this is to be expected.however,got prompt courteous service Also, installation was completed on time.what is nice is that there is someone who answers the phone at all times.I trust this team and am glad I chose them

Two techs - Sonny and Hunter, were the ultimate professionals. Took the time to explain the process and how the unit works. Installation looks very sharp, wires/piping all properly secured - nothing left hanging loose, etc. Techs policed their area when finished, you could not even tell someone had been working (no left over trash, pieces of wire insulation, etc.). It was such a pleasure to work with a First Class organization that knows the meaning of customer service!

I would highly recommend Wired ES for a generator. The were very professional starting with my initial request, responding quickly and coming out to vist the site. The quote was then promptly delivered and all my questions related to the quote and the generator were answered almost immediately.

The Wired guys were awesome - from the initial quote to after the sale service. Tim came out within a couple of days after our intial contact and provided a detailed quote which turned out to be considerably less than anyone else (one of the bidders didn't show and the other "phoned-in" a rediculous bid). The installation of our 20kV Generac took less than a day and caused minimal interruption to my wife's in-home business. There were no adders or increases to the olriginal bid and we took advantage of the 5% discount for cash payment. I would recommend the Wired guys for any electrical service needs - we're actually looking forward to our first loss of power to see how the unit works.

Wired installed my generator in 2009 and has maintained it since that time. They are always very prompt and thorough in addressing maintenance issues.

My husband and I are pleased we installed a generator to power the entire house in the event of power failure. In the last hurricane we lost are power for two weeks and we were envious of neighbors who were sleeping in comfort and having access to refrigeration and freezer. Great decision to have the installation and our new grandson can be comfortable along with diabetic mother in law in case they need to come on over.. Thank you Wired!

We had two generators installed by Wired Eledctric. We also had one of the generators moved from the oringial site to a secondary site. Through the entire process they were efficient, professional, friendly and thorough. We have had many contracotrs who did their stated jobs but left our house a mess. When Wired Electric was finsihed the area in which they worked was cleaner then before they started. The equipment has worked flawlessly. Their prices were in line with what we expected.We intended to have one of the generators installed by another firm and fortunately for us the installer had to leave the job as he did not have the expertise to continue. Wired Electric came in, sized up our requirements, planned the job and accomplished it as planned in time and within budget. Highly recommend them.

We had a generator installed several years ago however the company went out of business leaving us with a company warranty that of course was invalid. We called Wired Electrical since we have had electrical work done by them in the past & were very pleased with their work. Needless to say, they were prompt in installing our new generator, explained everything to me (& very patient with me as I'm not very technical), and continue to service it every year, The company certainly doesn't need to high pressure anyone with a big sales pitch either. I would definitely recommend the company & its workers.

When I was looking to purchase a generator I pursued several bids, actually I had four in hand, and still did not feel the warm and fuzzy feeling that they knew what they were doing. I came across Wired Electric and gave them a call. Spoke to Nathaniel and they came out to quote me what I needed. Even before they came out, I knew I had found a company that took pride in their work and I could depend on. I have had my Generac for almost two years now and absolutely love the security of having it ready to go. I did sign up for the maintenance plan with Wired Electric so usually John will come out twice a year and check everything out. These guys are fantastic....I don't work and my husband travels lots so if something needs to be done or known about the product, it's me who needs to understand. Wired Electric has always answered my questions and shown me how to operate it. I can save you some time in the bid process....just go with Wired Electric and you will be good to go!

Had an issue with the software last year and it took a while to get replacement part. Did have power outage during that time and it was not pleasant knowing we had a non-working generator. Have not really been tested since no hurricanes besides Ike so cannot vouch for reliability ... yet. System does power up for weekly testing so i guess that is all the feedback i have for now.

Wired bought our generator from Wired and the installation was uniquely configured for our home with excellent results.. We have also had other services performed for us by Wired, also with outstanding results. They not only keep my generator in good condition but are the ones to use for all your electrical needs. They recently trouble shot an intermittent problem I was having and found a serious problem in my main breaker box and probably saved me from having a fire! I can't praise them enough!

I contacted five companies regarding getting a generator for my Mom and myself. Each company had a unique problem as to why they would be so expensive and how much trouble it would be to get the generator done at my Mom's house. They all needed an extra $700-1600 to complete the task.

I had a generator installed by Wired Electrical last year and it was the most pleasant experience I ever had with a contractor in 25 years. They all were very knowledgable about the product and was no big sales pitch like I had got from other companies. They answer the phone anytime time of day and you do not get a answering service. You can actually talk to someone who knows something about electrical. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone who is going to be installing a generator.

After installation, which went very well and the technician took the time to explain thoroughly, the unit had some problems. Each time I called Wired Electric, they apologized and came right away and attempted to repair. However, the two big things wrong (which I don't remember exactly) were factory problems/defects. We had to wait quite a long time in between receiving the new and the installation thereof. That has been done and the unit has given us no more problems. Fortunately, we have not needed the unit for more than 1 1/2 hours of electricty being off.
