Heritage Mechanical is a dying breed. They are not part changers, they do identify the problemby actually taking the time to troubleshoot.They don't give up. Had to wait a little while, and a little pricey. But worth very penny, and sure glad I waited. My generator never ran so good.they even called after the storm to see if all wasok. 10 Stars!!!

John installed a new generator for my elderly mom after a recent hurricane. He installed it in a timely manner and was in constant contact with us each step of the way and always available if we had questions. Service was above and beyond. We have confidence mom will be safe and secure now.

Had 2 other companies that tried to repair my older Generac generator, both stated I needed a new generator about $14,000.00. Heard radio ad about Heritage, I called them. 2hrs later the generator was running great. That was 6 months ago. No doubt Heritage knows generators. Highly recommend them to anyone.

John who exemplifies expertise ( think Tesla) did damage control on a prior co$tly gimcrack 22k install. Now the system purrs . Follow up routine maintenance service is old school superb . Heritage is a bright light in an all too dim post- America. Kudos to Heritage Mechanical .

After another company from Newberry tried 3xs to fix my liquid cooled unit and failed. I called Heritage Mechanical and they had my generator up and run 1st trip. They know generators!

John is very professional, prompt, and doesn't give up on fixing the problem. John was able to fix our generator when I'm positive others would have given up. Wouldn't call anyone else to have your generator fixed.

Very good service. Wish I had them install generator in the the first place. As a bonus they also fixed my air conditioner while here. Great!

We bought a 20kw at a big box store and had their team install it. After 2 1/2 days they were finally done. Then we had a power outtage and the generator did not work. Fed up with the installer I found a local service company, Heritage Mechanical Services. With in 24 hrs they arrived, found the main transer box was not wired correctly, and the gas pressure was worng. After 2hrs he (think John?) tested the system and all wored great. I am sure whem we have our next power the generator will work just fine. Only wish we had then do the installation. Would give 6 stars if could.Very HappyJB

prompt service, call back right away. Had parts on truck. I was very impressed with the serviceman knowedge, he found the problem right away.

No bull! Just good service. had to wait a bit for available date, but well worth the wait. In and out, had all the parts on truck.
