Everything went fine and the generator has worked flawlessly so far. Only complaint is that they did not repair the interior wall where the cables entered the house. Large gaping hole was left around the conduit.

Pizik Electric was very professional. They sent over a gentleman named Rick. He went over everything with me and even simulated a power outage by shutting off the electric. I was then instructed how to use the generator. What a great company and great service.

PIZIK was very informative and went beyond to answer any and all of my questions. They were courteous, prompt, and helpful. And, they had the best price.They were always on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and followed up. Great!

With the winter holiday season approaching, everyone is busy. Rick was awesome from site visit to estimate to install and follow-up. He did everything he said he was going to do and on time. I even had questions after the install and the office was great as well. This is the ONLY company I would choose for a whole house generator.
