I had the most pleasurable experience working with Chas, the Plumber; George, the Electrician, and Pat, the Chief of Operations.Such attention to every detail! Wow!I really enjoyed having them around my property. And my power went out for about 10-11 hours after they left, due a fallen electric wire in my neighborhood. My generator, installed and operational just 9 hours earlier, kicked on and saved my day!! Thanks JSR!!!

We recently had a 10kw whole house unit installed. Pat and his partner George were very quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They had extensive knowledge of their products and took the time to answer all our question and go over everything with us. Have not needed it yet, but it did start yesterday for it's 12 min weekly test run on time. I would certainly recommend then to my friends and anyone who wants the job done right.

I was extremely lucky to have chosen JSR to install my Generac. I looked at three contractors and chose JSR because of the following reasons:1. They came to the house to see what I wanted to accomplish. 2. Looked at the job and gave advice on how to proceed. 3.Did NOT pressure me! 4. Gave me a price without trying to go overboard on bells and whistles. 5. And best of all, Did the job in a timely manner exactly as they said they would. ALL of the people involved in this process were skilled, personable, and took their time in explaining my many questions. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had working with a contractor. Nothing was to much trouble for them!

They were professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with throughout the installation process. They delivered everything they agreed to do and more. Start to finish a perfect job!
