These gentlemen were most professional and proficient at the installation. After the install was complete. They Explained it both the generator and the operation panel. Then put the generator into action So i could see the results in the house . I never had one minutes worth of concern over the entire process. Very Highly recommend this company

So i had a few Generac Certified companies come out for estimates. 2 were way over selling . And they wanted 50% down and 4 to 6 week start timeLA was the 3rd company. he was very engineersavy and new what he was doing unlike the rest and got right to the point. No money downinstall within one week. Ill i can say is everything went great. PS My dad Always told me to watch out for the ones wanting money down before any work is even started. This company knows what there doing. From the initial on time sales call and engineeringthe generator that we would require to run our large home and picking the perfect location. toa really fast and well done installation. And great install team. To wonderful customer service after install . They explained and programmed all functions for optimum operation and yes i would and have recommended this dealer to all my friends and family.

I started calling this company in March of 2020 just to get a quote for a whole home generator for a home we built.

LA was a no-show 2X in one week with no call from him either time. This resulted in 3+ hours of wasted time away from work.

We Had LA come out and give us a free consultation. It was a very good experiencefrom a sales standpoint. Never once did we feel that money was the reason he was here. It was more like how this product can help during power outages and expert advice on size and placement. of course we purchased from himit just felt right

Generac has the best Generators on the market hands down

We wanted a 22kw generator and Lyle from lascustompowerandlighting.com came and gave us a reasonable estimate. After we agreed they were able to pour the pad on one day and install the generator the next day. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it in a very professional manner. They even went the extra mile and fixed several small problems that were not really a part of the installation.

The sale was completed with no pressureWe never paid any money down. The pad was poured and the Generator was set. And all the electrical and gas installation was done in a professional manner.

All personnel were both professional and personable. They were sensitive to my needs and they provided good information and advice. The generator runs its test each week, as scheduled. I highly recommend LA's Custom Power and Lighting.

My generator kicked in -- in 90 degree heat and humidity -- and did not miss a beat. I was out of town, but my neighbor reported it to me. He has a key to the house so he had a cool bedroom available!
