Generac rep recommended that I call them for warranty work. Internet site looked great. Reviews were great. However, I call at 7 am, no answer, called at 8 am, no answer. Called at 9 am and was forwarded to voicemail. Left a detailed note along with my name and phone number. That was 5 days ago and still no call back. Went to another dealer to schedule the work.

Best decision we made choosing Native. From the quotation process to the final check the process was relatively seamless and crews were very professional and polite. Shout out to the crews from TKC Construction, Soji Power Solutions (Brandon), and 3-Sixty Plumbing & Construction (Gerald)! Also want to thank Janet, very responsive and always answered my calls and/or called me back in timely manner. We started searching for a provider for a Generac home generator in 2022 and decided to use Native Power in San Antonio. We were blessed that Janet Jackson answered the phone. She did an excellent job coordinating the installation and start up for us. The estimate started with Pete and completed with Rick doing the start up. There were several individuals during the process that deserve recognition that provided professional quality work including TKC Construction, Solji\u2019s Power Solution\u2019s Brandon, Native Power\u2019s Mason, and Travis from LPI, Inc. provided the natural gas hookup. During the great Texas Freeze (2/2021), we lost power for about a week. Our little portable 8 kW generator was not designed for continuous duty and failed after 2 days. We began a search for a site mounted generator as soon as everything thawed. Nothing available, as you might imagine. After much searching, Native Power agreed to provide a 36 kW LP Generac to us. Eventually, (9 months or more), they were able to secure a machine for us.

Native Power was recommended to me by my propane company and I am delighted with the results! The installation was clean and very professionally done, and the installers were always prompt, hardworking, and friendly. I love having the reassurance that my power will not be interrupted again. I highly recommend Native Power!

Everyone there made our visit a very pleasurable experience. They not only made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, but they immediately located the mechanical issue, repaired it, and got us on the road. I've never received such excellent service from any company ever. I can honestly say that anyone dealing with this dealer will be dealing with the best of the best. Native Power Systems in essence resurrected my home power generator project which seemed beyond rescue. Only after obtaining a list of local Generac dealers did comprehensive definitive help come through the auspice of Native Power Systems. They took over the project and professionally saw it to completion in record time and at reasonable and minimal expense.

My original installer (Solarator LLC) dumped me after setting the generator but not making it operational. They refused to return my calls after months of pleas for help. I called Native Power Systems for assistance. They came out the next day and in 30 minutes had the generator running and on line. I immediately signed up for a year's service contract. I am a Texas Registered Electrical Engineer and know quality. You cannot do better.

Native has been one of the best companies to work with. Very knowledgeable employees and honest. I was having auto start up issue due to a under sized solenoid from the factory for the propane gas that was later identified as a recall item after they corrected it. They are a great company to work with and even contracted with them for maintenance. Highly recommend them for all generator work and installs
