We had a standby generator installed by New London Electric. We are very pleased with the service that we have received from the first initial contact to the installation of the generator. The maintenance and monitoring service that they provide has been very beneficial to us. We are very glad to have found a family owned company that is honest and conscientious of their work.

We have dealt with this company for 10 years and have always had the most satisfactory service. The installation of the generator was done when scheduled, very professional, very neat and clean, from the generator outside to the circuit panel in the basement. AND, the product works as advertised. We are 100% satisfied with the product and New London Electric.

This outfit is a JOKE ! We purchased a 8kw home backup unit and they first accused our Gas Dealer of not hooking gas up correctly cause unit would not run. So that company fired us as a customer cause they felt it was done right. We ended up getting a new Gas company to re-install gas hookup. The Generator still does not work and is sitting now after 4 weeks with red LED on and will not run. New London states they can't do anything and for us to call another service person. New London did however tell us to wait for the second exercise of the machine so they would make sure our check for the final payment cleared bank !!! Do not use this outfit !!!
