I bought a used/refurbished generac generator from this dealer and my Master electrician purchased 2 ATS units that were supplied by Northwest Generators for my particular generator, which turned out to be non compliant with NEC. They hemmed and hawed and refused to purchase these units back. They sent a "tech" out that used an ohm meter to diagnose the issue with the generator and attempted to charge me for the visit. This company does NOT stand behind the products they sell, BUYER BEWARE! I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anybody!

They were able to help me from the start and teach me about the generator I was buying. Helped me get it installed and even came out to fix it when something was wrong. Love the service!
