I had a surging generator. Tech came out and listened to my description of the problem, made a diagnosis, air filter and air flow issue. 10 minutes later, problem solved. Could not have been a better experience.

Good and fast service. I only question why the oil was changed when the generator was cold. Outside temp was in the 30's. Normally the generator is allowed to run a few minutes so the oil would warm up and then change.The tech last year did this procedure.

The generator was purchased to insure we always had power not only for the convenience of everyday living,. but especially we have a sump pump . We have first hand experience with a failed sump pump and water in the basement. It cost $$$$ in lost appliances, a damaged furnace and personal gear. I am so glad we got a Generac!! We lost power one Saturday for 7 hours. That was because of sever storms. Within 5 seconds our Generac kicked on. I would recommend everyone to get a Generac. My neighbor did after the power was out for so long.

I cannot be more pleased with NWI. They were expert installers, and for the past several years they have serviced my 17kw Generac. They do required maintenance every Spring, and on the one occasion I had a problem, they were out the same day to fix the issue.It is so comforting to know that my power will never go out, even in these days of severe storms and resulting blackouts.
