Used Power Source to service our generator. Tech was super nice and took the time to explain everything as this was our first service.

Scott took the time to explain to me my options and the changes required to install the system. He was very attentive to the things I needed to assure me that I was making the right decision.

What made me choose Power Source was their status with Generac as a dealer. Further their reputation in the community, web site and reviews. I was also impressed the rep, Brent Fincher answered all my questions, even showing me where the electrical components were to be placed and the generator. Unlike other dealers I met with who were salespeople, Brent was highly qualified and actually does the work. Brent even stated he would assist me in submitting paperwork for my seven-year warranty.

Very smooth process from the initial scheduling and consultation appointment to the installation of our 26kw. I chose to go with Power Source over the other companies that provided quotes due to their experience and expertise. They are the only premier Generac dealer in my area and have been doing this longer than anyone else. Scott is very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to make the sale. They were competitively priced as well. In fact, once the other company that came out to quote found out that we were having Power Source quote they said that their price would be $500 less than whatever Power Source quoted. That pretty much confirmed our decision.

They came out on time for the initial appointment to give a quote for a full home standby generator. Communications there after were prompt. Once we started the process everything went very smoothly. All of the work done looks great nothing sloppy about it. They took care of all the permits needed and inspections. The entire process was a wonderful experience. I have already told others how happy I have been working with Brent and others.

We bought a generator in FL years ago and we never got around to installing it so moved it to NC where it sat in the garage for years. The 2 other companies that I called told me that it probably wouldn't run because it was so "old". Scott looked at it and said this looks brand new. He thought outside of the box and came up with a better solution than anyone else and for less money. Everyone who worked on the job was super friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The unit is up and running thanks to Scott and his team!

Installation was great. Installers were professional and friendly. My only concern was when I left a message I would receive a call back until days later. But when they came they worked the whole time. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought the unit from a big box store and had a local electrician install it and there were issues. The technician came and found the problem right away and a few other minor things too. Joey was very knowledgable, professional and was even very helpful to the electrician that did the install by explaining what was wrong and why.

Everyone that I had contact with during installation was very professional in every phase of my generator installation.Very please

these guys did a grate job on my install they were kind and did not swear or smoke on the job they knew what they were talking about when they sold the unit to me and they were so easy to work with I would use these guys again in a heart beat
