The men that came to our house for the installation were very professional and were on top of the situation. They explained everything to me, tested the system prior to leaving, and said to call on them anytime I had a problem or question. Don't let these men get away from you. This a great dealer that I would highly recommend. I have heard that it takes months to get these units installed, so I was very pleased with the quick turnaround. The office I dealt with was courteous and responsive to any questions or concerns.My particular install was sort of a special case I think, which made the job take little longer than usual, but the installation team worked tirelessly to get it done. On the last day I set up lights for them as they were still working at dark. My only complaint is the gas plumbing was painted sloppy, but I'm picky and my wife said I'm being ridiculas, so there's that.In any case, I would certainly call on them again if I had a second home, which I don't ;-)

I would gladly recommend Premier Generators of Ft. Worth for anyone in search of a Generac! The salesperson who came to our home explained the process thoroughly! He was excellent! He gave us an installation date\u2026kept in contact during our waiting process and they were even a week ahead of time for installation. The company handled everything for us that needed to be done before installation\u2026calling the city for inspection, calling Oncor for electricity needs etc. The installers were outstanding on the day of installation. They even had to go and purchase updated electrical supplies to update my box outside the house making sure that everything was needed to pass inspection. The installation process was explained thoroughly ahead of time regarding electricity being turned off and on in my home for the installation. Our electricity couldn\u2019t be turned on until the next day and this dealer made sure that my electricity needs for the evening were met until the next day. Oncor did not arrive till late the following evening and Premier made sure an employee was there to communicate with Oncor upon their arrival and to ensure everything was properly installed. Follow up was done in a timely manner as well\u2026dirt filled back into ditches, gutters reinstalled, shingle repair etc. Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the entire process! We could not be happier with this company!!

Premier Generators was such a great experience from beginning to end. Matt was great to work with and explained everything to us. The install team of Mason, Ian and Marcus were the best. They got everything done quickly on both mine and my dad's install. They explained everything to us and were very professional. I highly recommend this company and feel so much better knowing everything is upgraded and ready to go whenever there is a power outage.
