Have had a long term maintenance contract with a bigger company . Called for a red light issue and the person scheduling my call was rude and dismissive . A neighbor recommended Reds Generator service and they came right out. Polite and knowledgeable, a quick fix. He will be servicing our Generator from now on. Thank you red.
Service of my home generator

I called up Red's last week for him to come look at my 20kw home generator. I have had difficulty finding someone to work on it because it is not a brand (briggs and stratton) that many people work on in my area. He assured me that he could take care of my issue. He arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem (Natural gas fuel issue) and corrected the issue. I will be recommending Red's Generator Service in the future and look forward to our next power outage because I know my unit will be operating without any issues!
