They keep not showing up for appointments. They promise the will be there and the do not show up. I am left waiting all day and nobody comes. This has gone on since October. It is now the middle of November.

Made an appointment with them. I left early from work to make the appointment only they didn't show up. I called to see what is going on and was told that thay came 2 hours earlier than the scheduled appointment and that no one was home. When I told them that my wife was there they told me that they would see what is going on and that they would get back to me in 5 minutes. It's been 5 weeks and they still haven't gotten back to me.

ALL the staff at Saturn are terrific. Beth is the office contact. She's responsive, knowledgeable and so kind. Noe, Daniel and Jason were my installers. They worked and shoveled through mounds of snow; all the while being very cheerful and pleasant. They were professional and very respectful of my property.Rich kept me informed and followed through with the City of Wheaton inspection. Flawless. I've decided to make them my HVAC go to's.You would do well to choose Saturn.

Saturn was very responsive despite there being a backlog on the generator I ordered ( I am told it was due to the wildfires on the west coast). Noe and Daniel did a great job installing and provided me with a brief lesson on what I need to know about the generator. Very professional very competent and very quick. I highly recommend Saturn and the team that did my installation.
