The dealer communicated upfront what steps would be taken for the service/maintenance and what the cost would be. The service/maintenance was complete, and he showed photos of his work. I am very pleased with his knowledgeable and thorough service. I appreciate his friendly and courteous manner.

Needed a servicing on our generator. Called at 8:15am on a Monday morning and technician was there at 11am the same morning. I was impressed with how thorough the technician was. Since our generator is an older model they needed a different air filter. The company owner made a special trip to our home with the correct air filter. We will definitely use them from now on for our service needs.

Solartronics is a pleasure to work with. Effective communication throughout the process and was always available when I needed them.As we lose power almost every week, they worked through the problems even when the power company was at fault. They absolutely went above and beyond.Always on time, friendly and professional, they did a great job and I am very happy with their work and the equipment they installed.
