I did my homework before requesting pricing from dealers and the only dealer that could actually answer all of my questions was Toner Electric. The owner of the company came to discuss with me and was very easy going and professional (No High Pressure Sales). He emailed me the quote the following day, it was a little higher than another quote but talking with others it was clear that I was going with them. The installation was great. Their tech's were very knowledgeable and neat. I made the right choice, I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Toner electric after another dealer tried to charge me because i did not purchase the unit from him I called Toner and his Technician Jeff came out Found the problem. Called tech services and returned promptly with the part to fix my generator. I trust my generator only to Toner Electric.

My unit started right up the first time and I now feel good about being covered if we loose electric in the future. After numerous attempts to get into contact with the Toner Electric to receive pricing on a residential standby generator, the co-owner decided after 2 months after promising to meet me that it wasnt worth it to travel off his Middletown Island to E.Greenwich to assess my job. Poor business and ethics. Business 101: " ethics are related to profit. Meaning that the only thing that matters is growing the company by way of increasing sales and revenue"

I needed a repair for my new generator. Jeff from Toner Electric came to my home, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without a hitch. These guys are great. Toner Electric is a family owned business who treats the customer with respect and integrity. They know generators and Generac trained electricians like Jeff do the installation. Our install was smooth although it could have been difficult. I recommend Toner without reservation. It is a pleasure to find people who take pride in their work and know a job well done!They answered all my questions and offer a service plan I will take advantage of as well. Toner Electric is by far the Best dealer around this area. There technicians are first rate and work hard at solving any issue. They will service and warranty any generator regardless of where you have purchased it.
